1. Purpose of the registration page
This registration page is for individuals who wish to apply to become an affiliate of ZHS. Submission of the form does not mean that you have been accepted into the ZHS Affiliate Program.
Your application will be reviewed by ZHS, and if ZHS wishes to proceed, a representative of ZHS may contact you directly. If approved, you may be required to sign a separate Affiliate Marketing Agreement before any affiliate activities begin.
2. No acceptance at registration stage
By submitting the form, you are only applying to be considered as an affiliate. ZHS may accept, reject, or request additional information about any application at its sole discretion, and ZHS is not required to provide reasons for its decision.
No affiliate rights, commissions, login access, dashboard access, or other benefits are granted unless and until ZHS approves your application and a separate Affiliate Marketing Agreement has been signed.
3. Eligibility
To use this website or apply to the programme, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
- provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You may not use the website or apply on behalf of another person or entity unless you are authorised to do so.
4. Information you provide
4.1 You agree that all information you submit is true, complete, and accurate. You must not submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4.2 You are responsible for keeping your registration details and any other information you provide to ZHS accurate and up to date. If any information changes, you should notify ZHS promptly.
4.3 Payout and Tax Information
If your application is approved, you may be required to provide accurate bank, payment, tax, invoicing, or withholding information before any commission payment can be made.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that such information is complete, accurate, and up to date. ZHS is not responsible for delayed, failed, or incorrect payments caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
5. Contact from ZHS
By submitting the form, you consent to ZHS contacting you using the email address, phone number, or other contact details you provide for purposes relating to:
- reviewing your application;
- requesting further information;
- arranging follow-up communication;
- approving or declining your application; and
- administering the affiliate onboarding process.
6. Separate Affiliate Marketing Agreement
If your application is approved, you may be asked to enter into a separate Affiliate Marketing Agreement with ZHS.
That agreement will govern the full terms of your participation in the ZHS Affiliate Program, including commission structure, approved promotional activities, brand usage, payment terms, prohibited conduct, and termination. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the Affiliate Marketing Agreement, the Affiliate Marketing Agreement will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
7. Affiliate Dashboard, Sales Tracking and Payout Information
If your application is approved and you become an affiliate, ZHS may provide you with access to an affiliate dashboard.
The dashboard may display information relating to your affiliate account, including referral activity, linked products, sales generated through your affiliate links or codes, commission records, payout status, payment history, and related account information.
You acknowledge that dashboard data may be updated, adjusted, corrected, or delayed from time to time due to refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, attribution rules, technical errors, payment processing, or review by ZHS.
Dashboard information is provided for account administration and reporting purposes only. It does not create a final right to payment unless and until the relevant commission has been verified and approved in accordance with the applicable Affiliate Marketing Agreement.
8. Account access and security
Certain parts of the website may require sign-in.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity that takes place through your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your account has been misused or compromised.
9. Content hub and sharing tools
The website may include a content hub containing ZHS-created content, including posts, product information, promotional material, research-related summaries, images, or similar materials.
Where the platform allows, users may be able to:
- review content made available by ZHS;
- edit titles or text before sharing;
- select linked products; and
- share content to their own network.
You may only use such content in accordance with these Terms and any additional programme rules communicated by ZHS.
You must not:
- make misleading edits;
- remove material context in a way that changes the intended meaning;
- make false, exaggerated, unverified, or unlawful claims;
- present ZHS content as your own original independent research;
- alter product details, pricing, or product descriptions inaccurately; or
- use the content in a way that could damage ZHS, its brand, or third parties.
ZHS may remove, update, or disable any content hub materials at any time without notice.
10. Health, wellness, and product-related statements
If you are given access to promote ZHS products or related materials, you must not make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cure, prevention, or other regulated claims unless ZHS has expressly authorised such wording in writing and it is legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
You must not represent any product as guaranteed to produce a specific health outcome.
Any research references, product summaries, testimonials, or marketing materials must be used carefully, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and advertising standards.
You are solely responsible for statements you publish to your network.
11. Linked products and pricing
The platform may display linked products and pricing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- product availability may change at any time;
- prices may change at any time;
- product images are illustrative only; and
- inclusion of a product in the content hub does not guarantee that the product will remain available for promotion or purchase.
You must not state or imply that any product price, offer, or promotion will remain available for any specific period unless that has been confirmed by ZHS.
12. Privacy and data use
ZHS will collect, use, store, and process your personal data in connection with your registration, affiliate application, website use, and access to programme features in accordance with the ZHS Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
By submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to such collection and use for the purposes of application review, onboarding, account administration, compliance, and related business operations.
Where the signup form includes optional consent for newsletters or programme updates, such consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn in accordance with the relevant communication settings or unsubscribe instructions.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, product materials, graphics, layout, dashboards, onboarding materials, and content hub materials, is owned by or licensed to ZHS unless otherwise stated.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may only use ZHS materials:
- for the limited purpose of applying to the programme;
- for participating in the programme if approved; and
- in accordance with these Terms and any separate Affiliate Marketing Agreement.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit ZHS materials outside the permitted scope without prior written consent.
14. User submissions
If you submit information, comments, application materials, feedback, or other content to ZHS, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit it;
- it does not infringe third-party rights;
- it is not false, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading; and
- ZHS may review and use it for the purpose of evaluating your application and administering the programme.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
15. Prohibited use
You must not use this website, registration page, or any programme feature:
- for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or misleading purposes;
- using automated means, scraping tools, bots, or false identities;
- to interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the website;
- to impersonate any person or entity;
- to provide false representation of your affiliation with ZHS; or
- in any way that could expose ZHS to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
16. No guarantee of approval, access, or earnings
16.1 ZHS does not guarantee that every applicant will be accepted into the affiliate programme.
16.2 ZHS also does not guarantee:
- continued access to the website or any feature;
- availability of any content, dashboard, or content hub feature; or
- any level of sales, traffic, commissions, revenue, or earnings.
16.3 Any examples, illustrations, research-related materials, or product content made available through the website are for informational purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.
16.4 No Guaranteed Commission or Earnings
16.5 ZHS does not guarantee any sales, referrals, commissions, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, or earnings.
16.6 Any commission shown in the dashboard is provisional until verified, approved, and payable under the applicable Affiliate Marketing Agreement.
16.7 ZHS may adjust, reverse, withhold, or deduct commissions where sales are refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, incorrectly attributed, in breach of programme rules, or otherwise not eligible for commission.
17. Suspension and termination
ZHS may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or programme at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- your application information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading;
- your conduct creates legal, regulatory, commercial, or reputational risk; or
- ZHS decides to discontinue or change the programme.
Termination of website access does not limit any rights or remedies available to ZHS.
18. Disclaimer
The website and all related content, tools, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHS makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the website;
- the completeness or suitability of any content;
- uninterrupted or error-free access; or
- the results that may be obtained from use of the website or programme.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with:
- your use of or inability to use the website;
- your application to the programme;
- your reliance on any content or materials;
- content you share to your network; or
- any suspension, rejection, or termination of access.
If liability cannot be excluded, ZHS’s total liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

ZHS may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
The updated version will apply from the date it is posted on the website, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the website or registration page after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless ZHS decides otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
